I created Seen & Heard Therapy to offer a space where people can slow down, feel supported, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I believe meaningful change begins when we have the space to feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
I specialize in working with adults, especially college students and young professionals, who may seem like they have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside.
